- Design and implement ML pipelines
- Drive migration from Dask to Ray
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
- Lead and mentor MLOps team
- Manage ML model lifecycle training deployment monitoring retraining
- Orchestrate workflows with pipeline orchestrators
- Own infrastructure from design to production
- Review engineering work and ensure quality
- Translate research needs into production systems
