Tasks
- Accelerate ongoing projects using internal and external AI capabilities
- Assess target drugability across therapeutic modalities
- Characterize protein protein and protein ligand interactions
- Collaborate with chemistry biology data science and R and D leadership stakeholders
- Identify druggable pockets and epitopes
- Implement validate and improve machine learning tools and software
- Lead development of machine learning algorithms and workflows for early drug discovery
- Present research results through publications presentations and open source
- Stay current on AI driven modeling of biomolecular structures and dynamics
