Tasks
- Communicate with production and account services on inventory shipping and compliance
- Coordinate pickup appointments freight bookings and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with warehouse on pick pack labeling and special requirements
- Ensure inventory accuracy prior to order confirmation
- Generate and validate ASNs BOLs packing lists and pallet labels
- Maintain order tracking dashboards and update order status
- Manage retailer item setup and updates
- Monitor and resolve EDI errors and ASN issues
- Monitor inbound container schedules and coordinate outbound priority shipments
- Monitor inventory levels and replenishment flow
- Prepare sales reports and retailer documentation
- Process retailer purchase orders via EDI systems
- Request retailer routing and shipping instructions
- Support buyer meetings and showroom preparation
- Support retail account management
- Support retailer specific labeling and packaging instructions
- Track shipments and resolve exceptions delays and compliance issues
- Validate pricing item setup quantities and pack configurations
- Validate ship windows and vendor requirements
