- Analyze troubleshoot and resolve production defects
- Assign incidents and manage resolution
- Build and maintain application monitoring
- Communicate stakeholder delays and SLA breaches
- Conduct incident and bug review meetings

- Coordinate third party vendors for issue resolution
- Create weekly status and SLA reports
