SAP NS2 DevOps Engineer (SAP Analytics Cloud)
Tasks
- Automate SAC operations with infrastructure as code
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product and platform teams
- Deploy and orchestrate services with Kubernetes and Helm
- Document runbooks and operational procedures
- Implement monitoring and alerting for high availability
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis
- Manage cloud security compliance and government cloud requirements
- Manage incident and change tickets with ITIL
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Perform SAC upgrades and minimize customer disruption
- Provision and configure cloud infrastructure
- Provision and operate SAP Analytics Cloud services
- Troubleshoot SAC outages performance and integration failures
