Tasks
- Capture workflow challenges and customer feedback
- Conduct customer reviews for technical health and adoption
- Coordinate deployments and adoption
- Deliver advanced product training and technical education
- Design configure test and implement solutions
- Develop understanding of customer workflows
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Identify adoption barriers and recommend best practices
- Improve efficiency product utilization and operational effectiveness
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Maintain customer facing documentation and best practices
- Manage customer escalations
- Monitor customer health adoption and performance metrics
- Own customer technical relationships
- Provide data reporting and analytics support
- Provide guidance on integrations and usage patterns
- Provide technical delivery and support
- Support AI powered capability adoption
- Support knowledge transfer and operational readiness during deployments and upgrades
- Support onboarding and transition to steady state
- Support onsite deployments training and troubleshooting
