Tasks
- Apply AI and data engineering to EHR EMR practice management pharmacy claims and clinical notes
- Design and build natural language AI capabilities
- Develop healthcare data platform and AI engineering solutions
- Drive 0 to 1 initiatives from concept to production
- Drive engineering and code quality standards
- Lead data and AI solution design and delivery
- Mentor engineers
- Operate across Databricks and major cloud platforms
- Own projects end to end from problem framing to production deployment
- Partner with product clinical analytics and platform teams
- Research and prototype novel approaches in ambiguous environments
- Serve as technical lead for cross functional initiatives
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery
