- Analyze conversation logs for patterns
- Build and maintain performance dashboards
- Conduct user behavior analysis by platform
- Create recommendation reports for product and leadership
- Design test cases for AI accuracy tone safety data privacy
- Evaluate third party agentic AI tools using scoring framework
- Execute structured testing with edge cases harmful queries and abuse attempts
- Own go no go release sign off
- Perform regression testing after prompt model and deployment updates
