Fulfillment Coordinator II
Tasks
- Activate feature trial requests and promotional accounts
- Drive process improvement in fulfillment operations
- Ensure order accuracy quality and completeness
- Handle month end closing tasks
- Maintain fulfillment operations documentation
- Meet service level agreements and first pass yield objectives
- Process customer sales orders
- Resolve escalations and complex questions
- Review and process customer orders and invoices
- Support deal operations and deal desk teams for complex orders
