Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analytics
Tasks
- Analyze trends across assets under management and sales
- Conduct financial analysis for strategic initiatives
- Define data requirements with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements through automation
- Lead expense forecasting and analysis
- Monitor management expenses and project spend
- Perform business case modeling
- Perform incentive compensation modeling support
- Perform variance analysis and commentary
- Prepare monthly and quarterly expense reporting
- Prepare reporting for audit governance and controls
- Support annual planning and budgeting processes
- Translate complex financial information into recommendations
