Tasks
- Apply AI tools to documentation observability and operational workflows
- Build and tune speech recognition and natural language understanding pipelines
- Design and integrate agentic AI for testing debugging and monitoring
- Develop and maintain React and Nextjs frontend components
- Develop backend services with NodeJS and Python
- Develop dialogue management and text to speech
- Implement REST APIs authentication and third party integrations
- Improve platform reliability and call handling quality
- Integrate voice agent with CRMs telephony platforms and APIs
- Maintain backlog and drive production features
- Manage stakeholder communication in Dutch
- Own end to end development of voice AI agent
- Supervise agentic AI outputs for security and code standards
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
