Tasks
- Communicate ROI risks and business value to stakeholders
- Drive reusable accelerators modular agentic codebases and templates
- Ensure on time within scope delivery with measurable business value
- Establish delivery center operating mechanisms and integrations
- Implement SDLC processes code reviews testing and production readiness
- Lead zero to one delivery for agentic delivery center
- Mentor and coach architects and engineers
- Own and deliver production grade agentic AI ML solutions
- Provide technical leadership during workshops discovery architecture reviews
- Recruit onboard and develop engineering team
- Resolve delivery escalations and technical client issues
- Translate business requirements into architectural plans
