Tasks
- Apply best practices for code release with CI CD and MLOps
- Architect and build AI applications using large language models
- Decorate data products with metadata for machine learning and LLMs
- Design and implement data pipelines for AI model training fine tuning and deployment
- Develop automated resilient delivery processes for business value
- Ensure data products join using common identifiers and keys
- Evolve data ingestion pipelines to an ELT model
- Mentor team members on AI application development and data governance
- Publish data product service level objectives for data customers
- Register and maintain data product and model catalog entries
- Separate source data products from aggregate data products
- Share data products internally with security and compliance controls
- Tag and classify data assets and apply masking or access restrictions
- Write adapters to integrate internal data sources into a warehouse
