GIS Specialist – Utility Mapping, Data Quality & Data Acceptance Testing
Tasks
- Apply QA QC acceptance criteria
- Conduct structured sampling for data quality
- Coordinate with field validation teams and data providers
- Execute Data Acceptance Testing workflows
- Identify and document data defects and discrepancies
- Perform GIS editing for utility assets
- Perform QA QC reviews and compliance checks
- Provide workflow and tooling improvement feedback
- Support GIS data ingestion workflows
- Track and log DAT task effort and throughput
- Update spatial and attribute data
- Validate conflated GIS and asset datasets
- Validate field legacy and third party data prior to integration
