Tasks
- Advise executive leadership on AI and data risks
- Build and lead risk management team
- Collaborate with second line risk compliance audit and regulatory partners
- Define and execute risk management strategy and roadmap
- Design and embed first line controls into CI CD pipelines data pipelines and AI lifecycle processes
- Drive risk identification assessment and mitigation
- Embed risk management into product platform and engineering lifecycles
- Ensure controls are measurable testable and aligned to standards
- Establish risk frameworks for AI ML models and agent based systems
- Establish risk frameworks for enterprise data platforms
- Govern responsible and trusted AI including explainability bias and fairness transparency and vendor risk
- Oversee risk appetite alignment issue management and control effectiveness
- Represent function in governance forums risk committees and executive reviews
