Tasks
- Architect semantic layer for self service analytics in Omni
- Architect transformation pipelines with Delta Live Tables or Spark pipelines
- Build CI CD pipelines for data model testing and deployment
- Build executive dashboards
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to translate business questions into data solutions
- Design and implement Databricks Unity Catalog
- Implement data governance with permissions and data lineage
- Manage Databricks compute using Z-Ordering and Liquid Clustering
- Migrate legacy SQL business logic to Lakehouse
- Optimize query performance using spark execution plans and spark ui
