ERA/EFT Enrollment Specialist
Tasks
- Communicate with clearinghouse
- Coordinate payer reprocessing for EOBs
- Create enrollment requests
- Follow up for approval and activation
- Identify payers eligible for EDI
- Monitor billing and payment data
- Obtain required documentation for payments
- Request missing EOBs
- Review incoming payments
- Update payer billing information
