Tasks
- Build and lead a team of Applied AI Engineers
- Coach architecture and evaluation decisions
- Design and deploy production-grade AI systems
- Develop reusable architectures and evaluation methods
- Establish operating model for account prioritization
- Manage reliability and safety decisions
- Measure production adoption and impact
- Own solution design and implementation quality
- Partner with customer executives on outcomes
- Serve as technical escalation point
- Translate customer needs into product feedback
