- Align backlog risks and dependencies with forward deployed engineers
- Assess reusable AI assets and minimum viable solutions
- Conduct discovery workshops and value hypothesis mapping
- Create roadmaps and business cases
- Define deliverables milestones and scope
- Manage stakeholder communications from discovery to go live
- Orchestrate parallel AI delivery engagements
- Own build to run handover support models SLAs runbooks and MLOps monitoring
- Partner with IT stakeholders to shape demand
- Qualify business pain points into project charters
- Remove blockers and escalate with facts and options
