Tasks
- Audit deployments and track adherence
- Build visual factory and KPI cascades
- Create Standard Work instructions
- Deploy work instructions and optimize existing plants using simulation
- Design and validate process flows
- Develop industrialization work instruction templates and checklists
- Develop tooling fixtures and testers
- Enable MES ERP and SIOP integration
- Enforce BOM and routing hygiene
- Ensure PoU completeness and routing standardization
- Establish PMO cadence and RASI matrices and acceptance criteria
- Execute PTR and PPAP sign off and stabilize production
- Implement traceability and SPC
- Improve material flow and inventory control
- Integrate new lines into plant layouts and MES SCADA dashboards
- Maintain capacity and constraints dashboards
- Manage procurement installation debug run off and handover
- Package replication kits with code configuration drawings and training assets
- Perform VSM and MTM and MOST analysis
- Publish quantified improvements in operational metrics
- Re layout lines and support retrofit automation
- Resolve data and execution blockers for engineer to order builds
- Run Gemba and A3 and DMAIC and DFSS
