Bioinformatics Production Analyst/Production Engineer
Tasks
- Analyze high-throughput DNA sequencing data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Complete HIPAA PHI compliance training within first 30 days
- Handle protected health information with privacy compliance
- Identify and implement production workflow improvements
- Improve and maintain data analysis pipeline workflows
- Investigate analysis pipeline technical issues
- Investigate system integration technical issues
- Move data through analysis pipeline
- Perform basic data analysis for product development and validation
- Produce written documentation including study plans and technical reports
- Support incoming experiment analysis requests
- Troubleshoot data quality issues
