Sr. Technical Program Manager
Tasks
- Align delivery with customer objectives and organizational priorities
- Create milestones success metrics and governance
- Define delivery processes operational cadences and best practices
- Ensure program health and meet customer expectations
- Facilitate collaboration across technical and non technical stakeholders
- Guide technical discussions using data platform knowledge
- Lead end to end delivery of customer technical programs
- Manage scope timelines dependencies and risks
- Provide structured status reporting and proactive issue resolution
- Translate statements of work into delivery plans
