Senior BMS Controls and Algorithm Engineer
Tasks
- Analyze data using Python to refine models and calibrations
- Define software and controls requirements
- Design scalable controls algorithms across chemistries and packs
- Develop BMS functional control features
- Develop and validate BMS state estimation algorithms
- Develop battery models for embedded execution and simulation
- Develop diagnostics and fault handling strategies
- Develop functional safety artifacts per ISO 26262
- Develop high voltage isolation monitoring and safety logic
- Integrate embedded software and support auto code generation
- Perform validation using MIL SIL and HIL
- Support root cause analysis across development phases
