Tasks
- Analyze service processes for AI enabled improvements
- Assess readiness from proof of concept to pilot
- Build rollout plans with process owners and IT
- Capture user feedback and route to owners
- Compare intended value vs adoption and realized impact
- Connect AI solutions to customer service workflows
- Consume and interpret data with analytics teams
- Create intake and prioritization for AI opportunities
- Define KPIs and business outcomes for AI initiatives
- Define business problem and value hypothesis
- Define deployment readiness criteria and quality gates
- Define human review exception handling and fallback
- Define roles decision points and escalation paths
- Design future state workflows with human in the loop
- Distinguish viable solutions from AI hype
- Establish benefits realization and impact tracking
- Facilitate alignment between innovation and process owners
- Govern pilot to operational ownership handover
- Monitor external AI automation and field service trends
- Operationalize AI concepts into scalable solutions
- Own AI adoption model and user readiness
- Partner with IT analytics cybersecurity and compliance
- Productize AI enabled customer service solutions
- Recommend scale redesign pause or retire
- Support partnerships to accelerate AI deployment
- Translate impact into executive value narratives
- Translate operational needs into AI requirements
- Translate technical capabilities into operational process changes
