AI Product Manager
Tasks
- Align experimentation approaches with data scientists and ML engineers
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative inputs for requirement refinement
- Assess AI feasibility data availability model complexity ROI
- Assess regulatory legal privacy security operational considerations
- Communicate AI trade offs to non technical stakeholders
- Coordinate UAT readiness execution with business stakeholders
- Define AI model performance metrics and outcome metrics
- Define data and modelling requirements and success metrics for outputs
- Define post launch monitoring thresholds model drift bias performance decay
- Define requirement success measures and track outcomes
- Develop BRDs epics features use cases user journeys acceptance criteria process flows
- Drive responsible AI lifecycle governance bias fairness reviews
- Elicit document validate business user pain point outcomes
- Embed AI ethics privacy compliance governance into requirements
- Gather post release feedback triage issues enhancements update backlog
- Lead requirements discovery workshops interviews process reviews
- Oversee deployment lifecycle management checkpoints
- Partner with Product Owners convert requirements into backlog items
- Plan enterprise GenAI roadmap for knowledge management conversational AI document intelligence analytics
- Prepare sprint ready backlog and manage requirement clarifications changes approvals
- Provide data backed insights business cases trade off options
- Scope R and D initiatives for RAG and autonomous AI agents
- Support agile ceremonies backlog refinement sprint planning demos retros
- Translate needs into problem statements and requirements
