Manager, Fulfillment - PM
Tasks
- Conduct performance evaluations and support succession planning
- Coordinate with inventory control for stock levels and replenishment
- Coordinate with transportation and shipping for outbound flow
- Develop and coach fulfillment supervisors and frontline leaders
- Develop labor plans aligned to volume forecasts
- Drive productivity standards and hold supervisors accountable
- Drive service level agreement adherence and on time shipment performance
- Enforce GMP and SQF compliance practices
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer and wholesale orders
- Ensure safety compliance and audit ready conditions
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Lead fulfillment operations including picking packing shipping
- Manage fulfillment KPIs including productivity quality accuracy safety cost per unit
- Manage labor spend against budget
- Monitor WMS execution and inventory accuracy
- Monitor performance trends and adjust execution strategies
- Optimize staffing models for peak and non peak demands
- Partner with talent acquisition and HR for seasonal hiring ramps
- Serve as escalation point for complex fulfillment issues
