• Blend bottom up and top down benchmarking
• Develop interactive dashboards for portfolio programme and asset drill down
• Ensure transparent treatment of costs overheads risk and uncertainty
• Maintain cost benchmarking frameworks methodologies and data structures
• Perform element level parametric and allowance based benchmarking
• Prepare benchmarking outputs for regulatory submissions assurance reviews and investment cases
• Produce evidence based narratives explaining cost variances drivers and efficiency
• Support like for like cost benchmarking
