Lead Agentic AI Engineer
Tasks
- Build agent orchestration graphs and RAG pipelines at scale
- Define component level architecture and orchestration patterns
- Drive experimentation for accuracy latency and cost targets
- Establish CI CD pipelines for non deterministic AI
- Implement automated evaluation pipelines for AI outputs
- Implement observability hooks and monitoring strategies
- Lead evaluation and prototyping for RLHF variants and retrieval techniques
- Lead root cause analysis for production incidents
- Mentor engineers and lead secure by design practices
- Own SLIs SLOs and production integrity
- Own end to end technical direction for GenAI initiatives
- Review code and enforce engineering standards
- Trace agent logic and optimize performance
