Tasks
- Analyze system requirements and lead design and development
- Assess program risk and quantify failure consequence
- Conduct feasibility studies
- Conduct non functional performance quantitative analysis
- Coordinate interface definition design and changes
- Create system architecture and system design documentation
- Develop Joint Capability Integration Development System documents
- Develop system requirements specifications
- Develop technical documentation
- Ensure technical integrity of system baseline
- Manage requirement changes and ensure traceability
- Perform technical direction for component engineering integration and testing
- Plan system engineering management and integration and test
- Provide requirements design and technology integration leadership
- Support DoD certification and accreditation planning
