Data Engineer
Tasks
- Administer and tune relational databases
- Build deploy and maintain data pipelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders define quality thresholds and acceptance criteria
- Design ETL/ELT pipelines
- Develop data quality monitoring and observability
- Develop monitoring dashboards and alerting
- Implement automated data quality checks validation and anomaly detection
- Implement database security access controls and auditing
- Implement workflow orchestration scheduling and monitoring
- Monitor database health troubleshoot and ensure data integrity
- Optimize data ingestion transformation and storage
- Plan backup restore disaster recovery and high availability
- Support data profiling lineage tracking and metadata management
