Associate Director, Payer Enrollment
Tasks
- Coordinate credentialing reports and statistics
- Develop auditing and reporting tools
- Ensure HIPAA compliance
- Ensure payer enrollment protocols are followed
- Lead internal and external meetings
- Maintain compliance with health plan credentialing requirements
- Mentor and train enrollment staff
- Oversee delegated and non delegated health plan projects
- Oversee practitioner network enrollment
- Resolve provider enrollment status issues
- Review and streamline onboarding workflows
- Update provider data in credentialing systems
- Work with stakeholders to resolve credentialing problems
