- Apply model risk management and fair lending guidelines
- Build conversational AI solutions
- Build multi agent systems for operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
- Customize fine tune RAG frameworks
- Design generative models for fraud operations
- Develop Machine Learning/Deep Learning models
- Implement AI pipelines for model training and deployment
- Mentor junior team members provide technical guidance
- Optimize fine tune models for performance scalability and robustness
- Perform data analysis and preprocessing
- Present findings to stakeholders and management
- Research generative modeling advancements
- Write and maintain documentation for models and algorithms
