- Define metrics with Product and Customer Success
- Design build and maintain data models
- Design instrumentation and tracking changes
- Direct analytics stack and reporting locations
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Own data infrastructure decisions
- Partner with engineering to ship data views
- Process and triage incoming analytics requests
