- Build and scale big data and advanced analytics capabilities
- Define technology roadmaps for Generative AI Agentic AI analytics and automation
- Deploy enterprise AI platforms knowledge management and RAG
- Design and implement GenAI and agentic AI solutions
- Drive Agile and DevSecOps practices and CI CD
- Drive platform modernization and cloud native architecture adoption
- Establish engineering standards and governance frameworks
- Lead digital banking platform architecture and delivery
- Lead engineering squads across distributed locations
- Manage engineering leads developers data engineers and platform specialists
- Own delivery outcomes including quality stability security scalability and performance
- Partner with business stakeholders on AI and analytics use case prioritization
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development
- Recruit develop and retain engineering talent
- Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
