LA Galaxy, Sr Director, Data & Analytics
Tasks
- Build data analytics and business intelligence strategy
- Build tracking attribution dashboards and closed loop reporting
- Develop attribution and performance optimization
- Develop data infrastructure including CDP CRM and data warehouse
- Ensure data governance integration and security compliance
- Establish measurement and reporting frameworks
- Execute analytics platform data infrastructure and customer data projects
- Lead analytics and insights team hiring and performance management
- Lead audience segmentation and insights
- Manage budgets forecasting and vendor contracts
- Oversee personalization lifecycle marketing and conversion initiatives
- Partner with cross functional leaders on optimization and revenue growth
- Provide thought leadership on emerging analytics AI and measurement trends
- Run recurring business review reporting cadences
