Forward Deployment AI Engineer
Tasks
- Act as technical authority during customer engagements
- Build and deploy LLM powered workflows
- Create playbooks and templates for repeatable deployments
- Customize AI automations and platform workflows
- Design deployment architecture and configuration
- Escalate issues between customer support and engineering
- Feed field insights to product and customer experience
- Integrate products with customer environments
- Lead technical discovery with enterprise stakeholders
- Own end to end deployment for enterprise accounts
- Translate requirements into deployment plans
