Tasks
- Adopt industry best practices
- Apply internal and external data sources for fraud detection
- Build data pipelines for fraud strategy and analytics
- Collaborate with fraud strategy team to ensure control and compliance
- Communicate results through oral and written reporting
- Coordinate with second line fraud risk teams to validate models rulesets and strategies
- Design and validate fraud strategies capabilities and processes
- Develop Looker dashboards for fraud trends and loss monitoring
- Ensure compliance audit and control frameworks
- Manage and enhance fraud strategy
- Monitor fraud trends and customer friction
- Partner with Product Technology and Operations to define requirements test solutions and implement capabilities
