Staff Data Engineer
Tasks
- Advance infrastructure as code practice with Terraform and CI integration
- Build and operate data pipelines ingestion services and integrations
- Collaborate on secure compliance minded engineering practices
- Develop and maintain AWS cloud native services and backend APIs
- Drive dbt practice and manage warehouse cost and performance
- Implement logging alerting and observability for production systems
- Lead data engineering architecture and design decisions
- Mentor and grow data engineers through reviews pairing and coaching
- Own Snowflake environment including modeling performance and cost
- Own orchestration platform and manage production operations
- Produce model ready datasets and support AI and agentic workflows
