Tasks
- Architect domain aligned datasets for procure to pay inventory costing and vendor spend
- Build Power BI semantic models for enterprise wide reuse consistent KPIs and governance
- Collaborate with data engineering to implement ETL ELT pipelines orchestration and CI CD
- Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Define canonical models and enterprise semantic layer for KPI consistency
- Define target state architecture for lakehouse warehouse streaming and APIs
- Design batch stream CDC API and file based ingestion patterns
- Design near real time analytics event streams and dashboards
- Design scalable data solutions for supply chain and finance analytics
- Enable governed self service analytics using reusable datasets and thin report architecture
- Implement data observability logging monitoring and cost optimization
- Optimize DAX performance composite models and implement row level and object level security
- Own end to end data architecture for finance and supply chain reporting
- Perform performance tuning partitioning indexing and clustering strategies
- Set up Power BI workspace architecture and deployment pipelines with governance best practices
