Data Center Production Operations Engineer
Tasks
- Analyze metrics to improve uptime
- Automate issue resolution
- Collaborate on process and automation projects
- Implement hardware repairs
- Maintain platform health
- Manage and escalate tickets

- Onboard new platforms and hardware
- Participate in 24×7 on-call rotation
- Perform root cause analysis
