Head of Operations Analytics
Tasks
- Define KPI definitions and performance frameworks
- Deliver leadership ready KPI reporting trends and exceptions
- Drive continuous improvement in tools and reporting approaches
- Improve operating model standards and ways of working for scalable insight delivery
- Influence senior stakeholders with business narratives and recommendations
- Lead analytics and insights team
- Partner with operations finance product data and other functions to improve insight access
- Perform root cause analysis for business performance reviews
- Translate operational data into commercial and customer outcomes
