• Collaborate with data scientists product managers and engineering leaders
• Define engineering standards tooling and best practices for data and ML infrastructure
• Drive continuous improvement in performance reliability and operational maturity
• Ensure delivery of production data products for fraud detection and identity intelligence
• Guide technical architecture decisions and review proposals
• Lead and grow data platform and MLOps engineering team
• Oversee ML Ops lifecycle experimentation training pipeline deployment and monitoring
• Own data platform architecture reliability and scalability
