- Analyze marketing performance metrics across channels and time periods
- Collaborate with marketing partners on segmentation driven channel performance analysis
- Collect clean organize marketing campaign data
- Collect feedback on dashboard usability and recommend enhancements
- Develop maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI
- Document analytics processes to promote consistency
- Prepare recurring performance reports and document analytical methodologies
- Support ROI improvement recommendations with Sales Operations Placement and Finance teams
- Support development of internal data literacy and reporting materials
