- Plan design to operations handover
- Prepare RFPs and manage contracts
- Provide technical guidance on commissioning and validation
- Represent owner interests as owner rep
- Review change orders and shop drawings
- Support R and D pilot programs
- Support commissioning and onsite testing
- Support site due diligence and master planning
