Order Fulfillment Supervisor Full Time
Tasks
- Assign tasks and monitor productivity
- Coach and provide performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Handle damaged and spoiled goods
- Identify expired and short dated items
- Lead omni fulfillment operations
- Maintain staged area cleanliness
- Manage inventory discrepancies
- Manage omni team members
- Meet SLA and productivity metrics
- Oversee staffing and training
- Pack orders per SOP
- Pick orders using RF scanner
- Print shipping labels and packing slips
- Process member orders
- Process returns
- Review omni daily and weekly reporting
- Update merchandise locations
- Verify merchandise with scanner
