- Assist with quarter end and physical inventory
- Collaborate with other supervisors to maintain workflow
- Conduct automation audits
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Develop training materials
- Ensure compliance with prescription dispensing laws and policies
- Ensure medication accuracy before courier delivery
- Evaluate and modify workflow processes
- Hire train and manage fulfillment technicians
- Manage work schedules
- Manage work volume by technician duties
- Monitor technician activities
- Perform filling stocking and prepacking as needed
- Provide feedback and document improvement goals
- Supervise daily fulfillment operations
