Senior Perception Lead (Vehicle Autonomy)
Tasks
- Architect and implement computer vision and sensor fusion pipelines
- Communicate technical findings risks and recommendations
- Define perception subsystem technical strategy and roadmaps
- Develop object detection tracking classification and scene understanding algorithms
- Establish and enforce perception software development testing and verification and validation practices
- Integrate perception capabilities into flight systems
- Lead design development and integration of perception algorithms
- Mentor junior and mid level perception engineers
- Stay current with perception computer vision and machine learning techniques
- Support hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop testing
- Support proposal development technical reviews and customer engagements
- Validate perception algorithm performance through field and flight testing
