Senior Product Manager - User and Lifecycle Analytics
Tasks
- Analyze user behavior using segmentation cohorts conversion and retention
- Collaborate with engineering and product design from problem definition to launch
- Communicate product decisions to executives and partners
- Conduct customer discovery and use customer feedback
- Create product roadmap and success measures
- Define product KPIs and track adoption usefulness quality and performance
- Define product strategy for user segmentation and lifecycle analytics
- Develop user level retention analysis
- Enable cohort and user drilldown without rebuilding audiences
- Explore lifecycle classification engagement scoring and predictive insights
- Improve segment definition management comparison and reuse
- Partner with data and applied AI teams on predictive feasibility and accuracy
- Prioritize customer problems and make build tradeoffs
- Use product feedback to adjust priorities after launch
- Validate customer understanding of predictive insights
