Tasks
- Apply responsible AI practices including bias detection auditability and guardrails
- Architect end-to-end AI pipelines
- Architect security first AI systems with IAM and encryption
- Build RAG pipelines with embeddings and vector databases
- Build automated CI CD pipelines for ML workflows
- Design AI powered SaaS platforms with tenant isolation and metering
- Design scalable data architectures for batch and streaming
- Design scalable multi tenant AI platforms on AWS
- Develop agentic AI systems and orchestration
- Develop machine learning and deep learning models for production
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA GDPR and SOC2
- Establish MLOps continuous integration and deployment for ML models
- Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
- Implement MLflow for experiment tracking and model registry
- Implement data governance quality lineage and accessibility
- Implement generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock
- Implement model monitoring drift detection and explainability
- Optimize model performance scalability and latency
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship
