• Conduct site surveys and scope requirements
• Coordinate on site with construction and MEP teams
• Deliver security system lifecycle
• Manage snags and punch list closure
• Oversee physical security infrastructure installation
• Oversee technical installation quality
• Perform functional testing and defect remediation
• Provide redlines and buildability recommendations
• Review BIM models and resolve clashes
• Review RFIs submittals drawings and technical documentation
• Verify access control and video management behavior
• Verify alarms routing and event visibility
• Verify system integration and device placement
• Witness and validate commissioning by integrators
